AI Use Case Discovery
When teams sense AI could help but cannot name a specific task where it would change the economics, or when the ideas surfacing are all variations of a chatbot.
Discovery is structured identification of tasks where AI would materially change cost, speed, or quality. The assessment is practical: volume, cost of error, how reversible mistakes are, and whether the data needed is genuinely reachable.
The most common finding is that the highest-value opportunities are unglamorous — routing, extraction, triage — rather than the conversational interfaces that get proposed first.
What the work includes
- Workshops with the teams who do the work, not only with those who manage it
- Task-level assessment of volume, error cost, and data availability
- Shortlist of candidates with the reasoning for inclusion and exclusion
- Rough sizing so the shortlist can be compared against capacity
