This policy explains what information Alpheric AI collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

01

Overview

Alpheric AI provides an AI-powered platform for organizations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website, products, and services.

We act as a data controller for information we collect about our own users, and as a data processor for content our customers submit through the Services on behalf of their own users.

02

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organization details, and any content you submit to the Services. We also collect account and billing information when you subscribe to a paid plan.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including device and browser details, IP address, usage metrics, and information gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

03

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to process transactions; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations.

Where you have submitted content to the Services, we process it to deliver the requested functionality. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use customer content to train foundation models without explicit permission.

05

How we share information

We share information with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, and payment providers, under contractual obligations to protect it.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users.

06

Data security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

08

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing communications.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

09

International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it in accordance with applicable law.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
